1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using Rentora, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

2. Rentals & bookings

All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation. You agree to use rented items responsibly, return them on time, and cover any damage beyond the included waiver.

3. Payments & deposits

Rental fees and refundable deposits are charged at checkout. Deposits are released after the item is returned in acceptable condition, less any applicable fees.

4. Cancellations

Cancellations are governed by our Cancellation Policy. Free cancellation windows and partial-refund tiers are shown before you confirm a booking.

5. Liability

Rentora facilitates rentals between users and is not liable for indirect damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the relevant booking.
